Everyone has a little Buddha in them that is love, joy, serenity, and clarity. But we still have to give him the ability to allow him to express himself and to be recognized. The practice of meditation allows us to get in contact with this small Buddha in ourselves but simple exercises of return to the calm and to the breath also do that.
And what if today, I decided to leave some space room for my little Buddha?
