Currently we are not offering mat rentals—please bring your own mat.We can also provide a mat for you. We will offer you what we call a “shoggi” or “zafu”, a small meditation bench that allows you to sit with good posture and relax your back.
Wear comfortable, breathable and flexible clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot or in socks, and you can also wear soft shoes in winter.
Registering for your first class is easy! You can register online on our Class Schedule. You are also welcome to arrive 15 minutes early for your first class, and I will help you sign up.
Samara and Lahore Nadi yogas are both very gentle yogas which may be practiced from 3 to 99 years old. They are both great and appropriate for beginners.
Online reservations will be honored until five minutes before class to ensure punctuality. If you have not physically signed in by then, your space will be given to another student. We appreciate your understanding.
For your safety and in consideration of other students, we do not accept late entry into classes after their start times.
Yes, all of our class cards have a 180-day expiration from the purchasing date. Kindly note that there are no exceptions.
For our classes in Central Park, we don’t have dressing rooms or showers.
Please arrive ready for class.
Absolutely! You don’t have to limit yourself to just prenatal yoga classes. You can continue to attend all of your favorite yoga classes.
