You stop everything, you sit and close your eyes. You inhale and you straighten up, you exhale and you relaxe. You let your thoughts, your emotions pass.
And you do it again: inhale, straighten up, exhale, relaxe,….feel more relaxed…
And you open your eyes…
Do it when you think about it. The best is to do it once an hour.
Do it when you are upset, angry, or stressed or when your are in any negative emotion, or tired…Whenever you want :-)
