Meditate everywhere !

Updated: Dec 20, 2021

It is not necessary to be in a temple or a dojo to meditate. You can meditate anywhere, even in a crowd of people. The most important thing is the calmness that you bring back to yourself. I remember that, during a trip to Peru, I used all the bus rides to meditate. It was very noisy and that allowed me to extract myself from this external agitation.

Moreover, I noticed that everything calmed down around me. You can sit down in a quiet place that you like or wherever you are (in the bus, the train, the car...), close your eyes, straighten up by breathing in, relax by breathing out, and concentrate on your breathing by letting your thoughts pass, for 20 minutes.

You will see that this exercise, if practiced regularly, will change your life.
