Samara yoga whole course registration
Samara yoga is the traditional Art of meditation in movement. It combines the effects of yoga and meditation. This course allows to become a Level 1 Samara yoga instructor and to be able to teach your own class. You can also deeper your practice. without having the goal to become instructor.

About the event
This event is the first stage of a series of 12 training session to become a Level 1 Samara yoga instructor.
COURSE PROGRAM - 70 HOURS
The basics of Meditation: to calm down the brain and be aware of our inner world
Stretchings: for muscles and joints health
Dances: to structure oneself, to work on coordination and rhythm
Major Arkana: a set of exercises which have an action on the different systems of the body
Meditative movements: slow movements that develop concentration and balance
Relaxation: to learn to relax each part of our body and to regenerate ourselves
Course fees: $1200
You can pay in 3 installments of $400 each.
These fees include:
12 days training sessions and the final assessment
