If you need to slow down, to relax, to take a moment for yourself, this workshop is for you.
You will discover the magic of Samara yoga through meditation, stretches, dances, Major Arkana, the heart of the practice, Meditative Movements and relaxation. You will feel regenerated and full of vitality after the practice and ready to go forward in your life. We will also start practicing the basics to become a Samara yoga instructor if you are interested.
