Samara yoga is the traditional Art of meditation in movement. It combines the effects of yoga and meditation. This course is the first stage among six to become a Level 1 Samara yoga instructor and to be able to teach your own class.

This event is the first stage of a series of 12 training session to become a Level 1 Samara yoga instructor.
COURSE PROGRAM - 70 HOURS
The basics of Meditation: to calm down the brain and be aware of our inner world
Stretchings: for muscles and joints health
Dances: to structure oneself, to work on coordination and rhythm
Major Arkana: a set of exercises which have an action on the different systems of the body
Meditative movements: slow movements that develop concentration and balance
Relaxation: to learn to relax each part of our body and to regenerate ourselves
