Samara yoga was called the Practice of Eternal Youth by Idris Lahore and helps us to reconnect to ourselves and to what is most precious in us. Ancestral Constellations were developed by Idris Lahore and help us to reconnect to the strength of our ancestral lineage and to our roots.
