About the event
“Usually”, we think that everything that happens to us is our own doing, perhaps even our fault, or even the consequence of our personal past.
However, family or ancestral constellations (these are systemic practices based on transgenerational knowledge) show us that very often, when we do what we don’t want to do (for example : entering into a conflict that we wanted to avoid) or when we do not do what we would like to do (example : when we can’t manage to follow a diet that was so important to us), this is often not our own doing, This can sometimes be linked to the influence of a member of our family or ancestral system, through what this member has done or not done, or neglected to do.
